Responsibilities:

• Provide day-to-day support including but not limited to production planning, order management, and inventory inquiry
• Supervise and monitor the day-to-day running of the production operation
• Prepare regular reports for the review of productivity, production yield, etc
• Coordinate with various internal parties including warehouse and logistic operations to ensure the production output is met with the delivery schedule
• Manage the manpower to optimize the output
• Other ad-hoc assignments as assigned

Requirements:

• Diploma or above
• Relevant working experience in the food manufacturing industry.
• Good analytical, problem solving, interpersonal and communication skills
• Self-motivated, independent and able to work under pressure
• Familiar with ISO / HACCP system
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
• 6 days work per week
• Immediately available is preferred
