Responsibilities:

• Plan and implement integrated marketing campaigns and CRM marketing strategies to achieve business goal.

• Lead the development of marketing communications for brand building and new customer acquisition through digital channels, including social media, SEM/SEO, KOL endorsement, video production, media planning, and website development

• Responsible in supporting frontline activations and CRM including enhancing the customer acquisition and loyalty initiatives; contributes to the development of traffic and retention through CRM and customer promotions, joint promotions and in-store experience initiatives

• Strengthen cohesiveness with front line and customer stickiness throughout different online and offline CRM campaigns and stakeholder campaigns

• Responsible for analytical reports and key insights on business performance, marketing intelligence, customer segmentation, customer experience and program effectiveness, identify insightful and actionable recommendation to enhance customer experience

• Implementation of consumer engagement, visual merchandising, online marketing and the retail presence

• Research and analyze market trends, demographics, pricing schedules, competitor products, and other relevant information to form marketing strategies

• Track all marketing and sales data and create detailed written reports and verbal presentations to bring to senior executives

• Work closely with operations team, I.T. Department and internal departments to ensure the action plans and marketing campaigns roll-out effectively, from scratch till completion

Requirements:

• Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related disciplines

• Proven 8 years’ working experience in beauty / retail / FMCG

• Solid organizational skill including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills

• Candidate with medical beauty center / beauty product / agency background preferred

• Experience in China market is a plus

• Exceptional presentation, leadership and interpersonal skills

• Excellent command of English, Mandarin and Cantonese
