Job Description and Responsibilities

• Direct the formulation of business plans and marketing strategies for Sales and Marketing Departments with management levels.
• Develop and implement multi-destination programs by defining both long-term and short-term coop plans.
• Monitor the effectiveness of business development for Sales and Marketing Departments to achieve targets as well as synergizing the cooperation among departments.
• Plan and implement online & offline marketing plans, including PR, events, exhibitions, press conference & etc.
• Develop and manage all customer touch points, including websites, social media platforms, etc.
• Maximize the sales generation and maintain the brand competitiveness via effective integrated marketing plans.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of Sales Department with KPI setting, on-going assessment & improvement recommendation.
• Compile market research and analyze sales and marketing reports.

Job Requirements

• University graduate in Business Management, Marketing or related discipline. Over 5 years of relevant experience, of which at least 3 years at manager or head of department level.
• Rich strategic executive management experience gained from managing multi-departmental organization(s). Knowledge in finance and trust related an advantage.
• Exceptional leadership, interpersonal and influencing skills.
• Highly organized with superior planning and execution skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective communication with the trade partners and all levels of management and staff. 
• Fluent in English, Chinese and Putonghua an advantage.
• Immediately available candidates are preferred.
