Marketing Manager – Card Segmentation (Job ID: 2582)

Responsibilities

• To implement card segmentation programms to stimulate card usage and achieve business and financial targets
• To perform data analysis on credit card portfolio & potential target customer segments to drive further business opportunities and establish marketing strategies
• To monitor business performance and review result of strategies implemented as well as the marketing budget and P&L
• To co-ordinate with internal departments for ensuring smooth implementation of marketing campaigns, promotion activities and cross-selling activities
• To maintain up-to-date market intelligence on credit card business
• To handle ad hoc tasks and special assignments

Requirements

• University graduate in Marketing, Business, Finance or related discipline
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in the banking industry, of which, at least 3 years' in credit card business ; experience in customer segmentation is preferred
• Sound knowledge of retail lending products and relevant lending guidelines
• Independent, mature, proactive and business oriented
• Strong communication, planning and analytical skills as well as risk awareness
• Able to work under pressure with tight deadlines
• Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese
