Responsibilities:

• Be responsible for developing an annual marketing plan and coming up with monthly programs to achieve monthly targets of customer base and revenue;
• Develop Public Relations strategy to support brand image and maintaining press relationships to better enhance the exposure of the Company;
• Develop and execute new concepts, business models, channels and partners to position business as innovator and leader;
• Prepare timely management reports with supporting data to review the effectiveness of different marketing programs launched, including regional market capacity, demand changes, industry dynamics, competition, and customer feedback;
• Digital marketing planning and implementation;
• Assist in other area of daily operation as required

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in communications, marketing, e-commerce, digital marketing or related field;
• Minimum 3 years hands-on experience in digital marketing;
• Solid experience and proven track record of driving customer base and revenue targets;
• Strategic thinking with demonstrated experience in brand building and positioning, independent, self-motivated and result-oriented with a strong sense of ownership;
• Creative, people-oriented, dynamic and resourceful with strong market sense;
• Proficiency in Google Analytics and good understanding of online marketing landscape;
• Detail-minded with data analysis experience, well versed in MS Excel, PowerPoint and word processing;
• Be able to work in a highly competitive environment and under pressure
