Job Description

Business Development (for a new Jewelry brand)

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure that sales leads are identified and prioritized as well as create and implement new selling ideas
  • Identity and establish brand partnerships to increase brand awareness
  • Identify and work with a list of influencers and ensure favorable results
  • Work with marketing team to align strategies and brand values
  • Plan and implement marketing events to develop business leads
  • Jewelry identification and quality inspection
  • Developing digital marketing (e.g. Instagram, Facebook, Weibo, Xiaohongshu and Live etc.)
  • Coordinate with Shop members in line with company policy
  • Maintain and expand the channels of jewelry suppliers, and maintain good relationships with suppliers to ensure that jewelry supply, pricing, quality inspection, maintenance, payment or products transportation etc.
  • Familiar with jewelry knowledge, cooperate with the company to organize offline events such as appreciation meetings, and serve high-end VIP customers

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, Business Management or related disciplines
  • 5 years or above experience in business development, preferably in jewelry or luxury industries
  • Qualified GIA / FGA certificate will be an advantage
  • Good Sale Channels and Experience at the Asian market (Hong Kong, Taiwan, Singapore etc.)
  • Strong creativity with good international fashion sense; strong passion in jewelry, luxury and fashion and able to work under pressure
  • Experience in managing digital marketing channels & mobile app platform 
  • Undertake ad-hoc requests and tasks whenever required
  • Good command of both English and Mandarin (Mandarin is a must), immediate availability is preferred
  • With a sunny personality, strong sense of responsibility, team worker, willing to accept new things, with a good learning ability, have ability to find and solve problems, can coordinate all departments to work smoothly
  • Occasional travel to China is required

  • 確保銷售線索(潛在客戶)的優先順序,並挖掘和實施新的銷售創意
  • 辨別並建立品牌合作關係以提高品牌知名度
  • 與行銷之外的其它團隊保持合作,提升品牌價值和戰略
  • 策劃和實施行銷活動以挖掘更多業務線索及潛在客戶
  • 珠寶鑒定,品質檢測
  • 與香港旗艦店同事聯繫,確保公司銷售策略有效實施;
  • 開展並推進線上推廣活動(如:Instagram\Facebook\微博\小紅書\直播等)
  • 維繫和拓展珠寶供應商管道,和供應商保持良好關係,確保珠寶供應,定價,品質檢查,維修,支付,海關運輸等流程順利進行
  • 熟悉珠寶,具備良好的珠寶知識,配合公司舉辦鑒賞會等線下活動,服務高端VIP客戶

要求:

  • 學士學位或以上,主修市場、商業管理或相關專業
  • 5年或以上品牌管理及業務發展,珠寶及奢侈品行業優先
  • 有珠寶專業知識,GIA或FGA證書者優先考慮
  • 對亞洲市場銷售有渠道和經驗
  • 充滿創意並具有國際潮流的理解力;對時尚及珠寶等奢侈品充滿激情,能夠在壓力下完成工作
  • 具有數字營銷和移動應用平臺行銷的經驗
  • 英文良好,操流利普通話,可盡快入職者優先考慮
  • 工作地點:香港 (會出差)
