Responsibilities

• Formulate strategies and action plans for driving business and revenue growth of retail lending portfolio including Mortgage, Personal loan, SME loan and achieve business targets
• Develop product and marketing initiatives to build product awareness and increase market share
• Evaluate and recommend changes to operations and channels to streamline operating procedures and improve sales process
• Review and resolve problems identified in daily sales activities and operations

Requirements

• Degree holder with minimum 10 years’ relevant experience with solid exposure in retail lending , product management, marketing
• Sound familiarity with loans market competitive environment and regulatory requirement with exposure in product development end-to-end process
• Business oriented with good understanding of retail lending products
• Strong analytical, project management and presentation skills
• Good business acumen with strong leadership skills
