Job Description

Requirements:

University graduate in related disciplines
4-5 years relevant working experience in customer service
Experience on order, delivery and RMA management
Proficient in MS office, Excel and Oracle (Preferable)
Fluent in English and Mandarin are required
Good communication skill

Responsibilities:

Perform new customer screening, direct customer and distributors support
Perform sales operation support with marketing and Shenzhen sales team
Provide support on PSI report, sales forecast, order and delivery management
Manage customer supply chain
Regular customer visit
