Job Description
Our client is a global sporting goods company now lookign for a dynamic Marketing Manager to join the team as they continue to expand with an omnichannel approach.
Reporting into the Marketing and Digital Director, you will be responsible for branding and marketing strategies and campaigns while leading and mentoring the team. You would define the brand strategy, marketing plan and budget to achieve the growth targets and cover all areas from SEO, SEM, online advertising, e-mail marketing, social media, and brand content creation. You would train and guide the team across the sports teams to help promote the products and collaborate closely with the commercial and merchandising teams to increase revenue.
What you need to be successful:
- At least 7 years of experience working on brand media strategy, marketing and media campaigns
- Previous B2C experience (retail, consumer goods)
- Highly creative with excellent understanding of the marketing mix
- Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach
- Ownership and strong understanding of the marketing mix
- Ability to work with key stakeholders and build relationships
- Leadership skills and ability to guide and mentor the team
- Flexible and agile, able to roll your sleeves up in a flat organization
- Strong communication skills in written and spoken English, Chinese an advantage
