Responsibilities 

• You will be in charge of content development for our client projects that cover banking, insurance, investment, property, etc.  
• Create on-brief and effective content for client projects.  The format will range from advertorial articles, social media feed, eDM, digital adv campaign and video program.
• Conduct interviews and develop advertorial articles for some selected clients esp on insurance, and IPO companies
• Conduct research on banking / insurance / investment for developing content for client products.
• Monitor effectiveness via social media tools, and Google Analytics.  Analyse and drive content engagement level and conversion capability.
• Will need to work with Account Servicing to take client briefing, and handle client concerns.  And will need to manage multiple projects in different timeline.
• Need to work with content and editorial team for content scheduling and materials coordination

Requirements 

• 2+ years experience either in client projects, or in topic related to banking / insurance / investment / property / business
• Able to handle multiple projects and work under deadlines
• Organized, responsible and with strong commitment
• Tactful personality, and with the patience to understand client needs and proactive to propose workable solution
• Good communication skill in both Chinese & English
• Journalism/ Editorial/ SEO experience is an advantage
• Experience in photoshop / video production for social media use will be a plus
• Experience in data analysis on social media channels, Google Analytics  will be a plus
• Familiar with online culture, and know how to develop good reach and reaction content
• Candidates with more experience will be considered as a Senior role.
