Responsibilities 

• Assist Merchandising Manager in all production operational tasks.
• Responsible for the coordination of daily operational activities in production process and order follow up.
• Work closely with factory on weekly tracking order schedules and production status.
• Diagnose production problems and work with factories / suppliers to present alternatives to the Merchandising Manager.
• Monitor order tracking activities, and delivery schedule to ensure on time delivery,  right quantity and right quality.
• Liaise and communicate with quality assurance team and factory for inspection booking. 
• Ensure in-line, final and re-inspection dates are in alignment with the confirmed delivery date.
• Experience in handling bulk production order with offshore and China factories
• Travel to factories in China and offshore

Other requirements

• Diploma holder; preferably in clothing or textiles studies or relevant discipline
• At least 5 years work experience in clothing and textiles
• Familiar with the entire garment production process and having worked within both US and EU markets is preferable
• Good command of both written and spoken English, Chinese & Mandarin
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications
