Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in handling product and shop licenses in HK, Macau and China;
• Provide support in local and overseas logistics arrangements such as tracking of goods, providing necessary documents and liaising with logistics providers;
• Prepare internal documents for purchasing and other expenditures;
• Assist in daily operations and support the team on sales related matters;
• Perform simple accounting administrative tasks such as verifying daily sales documents and recording accounts payable and accounts receivable;
• Assist in inventory controls and stock analysis from time to time;
• Perform ad-hoc tasks as request.

Requirements:

• High school graduate or above;
• At least 1 year of experience in performing administration, operations or accounting duties;
• Good command in English and Cantonese, Mandarin is a plus;
• Proficient in MS Office, including Excel, Word, with experience in POS system a plus;
• Proactive, meticulous and detail-oriented.
