Job Description:

• To perform daily merchandising activities including project follow up, order management, sampling, packaging, supplier management and critical path management etc., including handling shipping related documents and logistics flow
• Perform customer fulfillment activities from enquiries, quotations, production to shipments
• Maintain and update order-processing system, stock movement
• Work closely with various parties to ensure production schedules align with company strategy

Job Specifications:

• Tertiary education with over 8 years' experience in merchandising
• Good knowledge of merchandising process and trade customs
• Well experienced in dealing with and coaching manufacturers and suppliers to meet preset objectives
• Self-motivated and detail-oriented
• A self-starter but also can work well as a team player
• Communicate effectively in English and Chinese, including Putonghua
• Proficient in PC operations, especially for Microsoft Excel
• Frequent travel to China is required
