Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer call from users
- Create, update, close tickets in ticketing system
- Provide resolution to desktop end-users on the phone
- Provide break and fix service to PC and printing devices
- Produce daily, weekly, monthly reports
- Perform routine health check to servers
- Knowledge of MS Exchange, Active Directory, VM is advantage
Basic Qualifications:
- Higher diploma in IT services and related discipline
- 3+ years’ work experience in relevant field
- Experience with Windows, MS Offices and MAC
- MCSE is advantage
- Ability to simplify problems and communicate complex problems
