Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the successful delivery of the project, which includes good client satisfaction and well-managed project financials.
• Lead the team of 30+ resources in the system implementation project consists of local and/or overseas resources.
• Build good client relationship at all levels to grow the business.
• Lead and grow the skills of project team members.
• Support proposal development, solution presentation and lead the sequent delivery.

Requirements:

• At least 10 years of experience in medium to large-scale system implementation working in the capacity of project manager.
• Solid relationship building and client management experience.
• Experience in delivery in the global delivery model (in particular using China and/or India).
• Experience with large/complex System Integration or application development projects.  
• Experienced in the management of project financials.
• Understanding of full project lifecycle for large scale system implementation
• Excellent client consulting skills including presentation, documentation and writing.
• Must be able to work with end users.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Fluent English a must and Putonghua is an advantage.
• Strong team player and can work under pressure .
• Prior consulting experience is a plus.
• Good people management skills.
