ESSENTIAL JOB DESCRIPTION:

-        Handle enquiries/projects independently with suppliers

-        Arrange quotations and samples according to customer requirement

-        Assist in cost analysis, prepare relevant reports for department and internal review

-        Monitor inventory in ERP system – Microsoft Dynamics-NAV

-        Develop and source new product upon department direction

-        Organize existing products to prepare standard items categories Maintain good relationship with suppliers and monitor product quality

-        Business travel to factories is required

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

-        Degree holder in Merchandising / Supply Chain or related disciplines

-        3-5 year’s work experience of purchasing / sourcing. Experience gained in amenity bags and cosmetics is an advantage

-        Fluent in spoken and written English and Mandarin is a MUST

-        Excellent command of computer literacy in Word, Excel and PowerPoint

-        Must be able to cope with a fast pace working environment and have effective time-management

-        Able to work under pressure to meet deadlines with flexible approach to adapt the changes

-        A good team player, Self-Motivated and multi-tasking
