Responsibilities:

• Follow up orders with Italy headquarter, as well as monitor stock levels to ensure that sales targets have been achieved with well-balanced stocks
• Strive with the right merchandise assortments for each store location to fit the customers’ cluster, including merchandise allocation and consolidation
• Liaison with Logistics and warehouse to provide updates of shipment status and ensure timely deliveries to shops
• Assist on all sorts of sales analysis, support sales evaluation and advise action plan accordingly
• Prepare seasonal product training and fashion trends materials as well as participate training classes within regions
• Support to follow up with retail shops for handling the goods quality
• Travel is required

Requirements:

• Degree holder in fashion or related discipline
• At least 2 years relevant experience in luxury fashion brand
• Proficient in all Microsoft applications especially in Excel
• Strong fashion sense and able to work independently and as a team
• Strong numerical ability and presentation skills
• Excellent command of written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin
• Immediate available is highly preferred
• Candidates with more experience will be considered as Buyer
