Job Requirements
- Degree or Associate Degree graduate
- Holder of Japanese Language Proficient Test Level 2 or Level 1
- 2-3 years relevant experience in sourcing and buying support
- Prior exposure in apparel, housewares or skincare & beauty products
- Self-motivated, attention to details, energetic and good team player
- Well-versed in using MS Office including Word, Excel, Japanese WP
- Proficient in communication of both English and Japanese
- Immediate available will be highly preferred
Job Descriptions
- Provide support on buying cycle from planning, sourcing to logistics coordination
- Communicate with Japan head office on purchase order processing and quality issues
- Assist in costing analysis, price & terms negotiation and supply & demand planning
- Perform market research and maintain inventory level & purchasing database
