Job Responsibilities:

• Communicate with China vendors and overseas customer for orders placement and follow up

• Handle sampling and checking quotations as preparation for buyer’s import meetings

• Price and claims negotiation

• Actively support buyers with merchandising service twice a year at the Canton Fair.

• Work together with teammate to handle the daily operational tasks of the team

Job Requirements:

• Tertiary education or equivalent.

• Minimum 4 years’ experience in related field, preferable in international buying office

• Possess solid experience and competences in working with overseas customer efficiently and independently on the Canton Fair

• Ability to work independently, self-motivated, responsible, detailed and well-organized

• Ability to work well under pressure

• Good communication & problem solving skill

• Good customer service mindset

• Good command of English and Mandarin
