Requirements:

• 2 years+ secretarial experience gained from legal / professional firms
• Diploma holder of Legal Studies or related disciplines is a plus
• Excellent English and Chinese language skills. Proficiency in Putonghua is an added advantage
• Well versed in MS Office applications with strong document formatting skills
• Attention to detail, organized and self-motivated
• Ability to work under a fast-paced environment 

Candidates with less experience will also be considered for a junior role.
