Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • To liaise and co-ordinate with contractors on the execution of works relating to building repair and maintenance, office systems & cabling and other measures. Review and assess vendor’s performance
  • To assist in preparation of tender documents, handle cost estimation, contract administration, tender analysis and other facilities management related matters
  • Assist in all renovation and relocation projects
  • Supervise on-site technicians to ensure preventive inspection, consumable item inventory and routine operations are carried out effectively and adherence to guidelines and policies
  • Provide supports to solve the technical issues

Requirements:

  • Diploma or above in facility management/property management or related discipline
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in office renovation project and equipment maintenance, preferably in sizable company
  • Registered Grade A0 Electrical Worker will be an advantage
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and AutoCAD
  • Responsible, good interpersonal skills and attend to details
  • Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese
