The Role:

The successful candidates will act as a team coordinator to provide daily administrative support to the team, prepare reports and handle leasing matters. This role will be ideal for candidates who enjoys working in a fast paced and dynamic environment where the members of the team have a strong sense of analytics and numerical abilities.

Reports to: Director - Commercial & Planning

Job Responsibilities:

• Act as coordinator for a team of 15, provide administrative support to different functions within the team.
• Communicate closely within different internal departments and external parties on administrative matters.
• Handle leasing administrative matters such as maintain leasing database & filing system and agreements cross-checking. Consolidate business data, prepare reports and conduct feasibility studies.
• Provide support on architecture project management team such as payment handling. Organize the schedules and logistics of meetings, events, travels and appointments.
• Provide secretarial support and handle personal matters for management
• Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements: 

• Diploma holder or above
• Minimum 2 years of related working experience in retail industry
• Sensitive to figure with good analytical skills
• Detail-minded, mature, well-organized and able to work under pressure.
• Good command of both written and spoken English
