Requirements:

• Minimum 8 to 10 years retail, commercial and residential leasing and property management experience
• Strong leadership, analytical and marketing skills
• Good interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Strong market sense
• Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese
• Immediate availability would be a definite advantage

Responsibilities:

• Lead the leasing and property management team to achieve company goals
• Formulate and execute strategies to maximize rental and profits
• Formulate annual budgets and forecasts, manage costs and investment feasibility studies
• Manage tenancy agreements, takeover and handover of premises
• Formulate and manage operation procedures, policies and guidelines
• Plan, coordinate and oversee renovation projects, repair and maintenance works
• Conduct periodic market research and analyses
