Customer Service Manager -  Tsuen Wan

Responsibilities 

• Oversee the daily operation of a commercial building
• Supervise, train and manage performance of staff to ensure smooth building operations
• Communicate regularly with clients, external parties and head office team
• Maintain good relationship with client
• Supervise contractors work on site 

Requirements

• F. 7 or above
• 5 years on site working experience in managing commercial building
• Good command of written and spoken English and Cantonese
• Good communication skill with all levels
• Mature and able to work under pressure
• Knowledge of PC applications an advantage
• Hardworking, responsible and customer oriented
• Holder of valid QAS and security personnel permit is required
• Less experience will be considered as assistant customer service manager
