Senior Facility Manager/ Assistant Director (50K - 70K)

My client, a multi-billion dollar multinational corporate , is looking for a Senior  Facilities Manager to join their existing high profile team in Hong Kong.  Reporting directly to the operation director and regional head, this position will manage a team of facilities professionals, the change issues within the facility.

Responsibilities: 

• Supervise and assign work orders to the technical team to carry out routine repair and maintenance work
• Provide technical guidance for E&M improvement works
• Schedule and implement planned maintenance works as assigned
• Monitor the progress of all contracted-out projects and tenants’ fit-out works
• Prepare approval form to top management for the procurement of any goods/services
• Work in conjunction with the local / regional client to develop a Strategic business plan for the delivery of the services
• Assist in testing and commissioning of tenants’ fit-out works and handover of premises to new tenants
• Engages with internal stakeholders to gain feedback refer performance and quality of service delivery
• Ensure compliance of the relevant quality and safety standard / procedures and other statutory requirements

Requirements: 

• Degree holder in Building Services, Electrical & Mechanical Engineering or related disciplines is preferred 
• 10 years of experience with 5 years in management level
• Experience in vendor side is preferable 
• Ample and relevant working experience, familiar with electrical and/or mechanical maintenance.
• Good people management skill with excellent client handling skill
