Job Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative supports to the retail operation department and sales team, e.g. store opening, marketing event, relocation, renovation issues and any other ad hoc projects
• Ensure the standard of visual merchandising, display, commercial image and layout on shop level are in compliance with corporate guidelines
• Monitor sales performance, inventory, promotions and events
• Lead and coach frontline sales team to ensure the store operates efficiently and effectively and in compliance of company standard
• Plan, manage, mobility, rotation & monitor manpower arrangement and roster for frontline staffs
• Perform quality checks and shop visits to ensure the retail sales team complete implementation of the guideline and standard
• Analyze sales, stock and operation performance by analytical reports and share insights with management, marketing team and related parties
• Handle various ad-hoc tasks assigned by superior

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or above in Sales & Marketing, or related fields in retail is an advantage
• 2 years+ relevant experience. Experience gained in retail adminisation, marketing and PR or related experience in retail industrial area
• Strong in store operations and people management experience
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
• Good Japanese is an advantage
• Self-motivated, proactive and able to work independently
• Outgoing, good communication, negotiation skills
• Less experience will consider as an Sales and Marketing Executive
