OpenRice is seeking an energetic and passionate individual to join a dynamic and collaborative environment as part of sales team.

You will be responsible for:

• Perform daily order entry for customer orders
• Handle customer inquiries and follow up  complaints in a professional manner
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer’s request
• Perform quality check for product settings
• Provide onsite or phone training to merchants

You should possess:

• Diploma holder or above, with experience in customer service or sales operation is preferred
• Good telephone manner and customer-oriented
• Strong interpersonal and communications skills
• Good PC skills in MS Office
