Responsibilities

• Responsible for business development and relationship management with clients and candidates.
• Achieve business target and develop new business opportunities with existing and potential clients to increase sales revenue.
• Provide professional consultancy service to both clients and candidates.
• Manage full spectrum of recruitment services, including but not limited to meeting clients and candidates, understanding clients' needs and job requirements, assessing and identifying the right candidates, presenting suitable candidates to clients and further job interview and offer arrangement etc.

 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree holder, with major in relevant sector preferable. Past experience in recruitment industry or relevant industry sector is a plus.
• Suitable candidate at final year of study may be offered as intern.
• Enjoy working in a dynamic, fast-paced and result-oriented environment.
• Driven by exceeding targets and confident in undertaking business development mandate with multi-tasking skills.
• Possess excellent presentation and influencing skills with ability to advise client and candidate at all levels in a professional manner.
• Excellent command in English, Mandarin and Cantonese is essential.
