Job Descriptions:

• Responsible for closely monitor corporate business performance progress and facilitate new business at corporate level
• Support for KPI, CRM & management dashboards/reports data governance
• Excellence teamwork with regional headquarters for business development performance as team-responsibility & can cooperate with company all-rounded stakeholders
• On-hand monitoring accounts & tender management to be success factors for global performance
• Prepare KPI & Intelligence Dashboard for Top Management
• Can individually manage projects and tasks assigned at corporate level
• Meeting preparation and follow up with stakeholders
• Other ad hoc tasks assigned by management

Requirement:

• Minimum 8 years logistics experience, of which minimum 3 years in managerial level,  including International Business Management, Logistics & Supply Chain, Commercial Statistic, and/or IT, candidate with CRM experience is an advantage
• Experience in headquarter & regional business development or sales management function is an advantage
• Bachelor Degree in a relevant business or technical subject (e.g Logistics, Quantitative/Statistics Management, Business Management, IT)
• Excellent management, communication, presentation, problem-solving and organizational skills
• Solid business sense, analytical-minded, performance-driven, details- & results-oriented
• Good knowledge & experience working with MS Office applications, MS Dynamic, PowerBI and CRM Tools. Knowledge in IT system & simple IT programming is advantage
• Fluent in spoken and written English
• Experience candidate will be considered for Senior Manager grade
• Immediately available preferred
