Objective of the role: 岗位工作目标

This role is one of the important roles to the success of the sales team.  The position holder is a bridge that connects customer’s sustainable demand to application of sustainable practices realized in our products.  Reporting directly to GM, this role must work with many functions in the companies within the Group and provide advisory and support to heads of all Sales teams.
This role is also a representative of the company at trade shows, industry seminars, and any external professional organizations related to sustainability issue.

这个职位是使销售团队成功的重要角色之一，负责将客户的可持续发展的需求连接至产品开发团队，将绿色环保运用至我们的产品上，满足客户需求。任职者需向总经理报告工作，与集团内各公司的其他功能合作，向各个销售团队提供可持续发展方面的建议和指导。
这个职位也代表着公司对外接洽交易会、行业研讨会，和任何有关可持续发展的专业机构。

Key Responsibilities / Accountabilities: 主要职责

• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive the development of sustainable packaging solutions.  Responsible for developing proposal presentation for sales team, if necessary. 与内部、外部相关人员携手推动可持续包装方法的发展。有需要时负责给销售团队做出需陈述的方案。
• Assist Sales teams to be more equipped with sustainability knowledge and experience so that they can perform better in customer visit, budget control,  proposal preparation and presentation. 协助销售团队变得更懂可持续发展，使他们在拜访客户、控制预算、准备方案和表达陈述时都有更好的表现。
• Represent E-pac and its partner Sustainable Packaging Limited to participate in events in the field of sustainability and packaging(such as events in Sustainable Packaging Coalition, ISTA, etc.), report activity/meeting content to GM and discuss projects in periodic basis. 代表E-pac及其伙伴可持续发展包装有限公司参与可持续发展和包装行业举办的活动(例如可持续包装联盟或ISTA举办的活动)
• Develop company sustainable practice and measurement policy. Ensure the Group is in compliance with local laws and regulations in the scope of sustainability.  Periodically review such policy and advise any rooms for improvement. 建立公司的可持续发展制度和衡量规定。确保集团里的可持续发展运作能符合当地法规的要求。审视公司的这方面的政策，并提出任何可作改善的建议。
• Prepare material to offer internal training to staff for arising green initiatives within the company.  Offer sustainable training to NGOs or any other external party as instructed by GM. 准备资料，培训公司内部员工，加强绿色环保意识。接受总经理指派，为非官方机构及任何外部组织提供可持续发展的培训。
• Periodic present and update progress and achievement so that related department can put updated news and certificate on company website. 定期向有关部门报告和更新可持续发展工作项目的进度和获得的成就，以便在公司网站上更新信息和证书。
• Act as a contact window and a company representative for working with any external audit body. Follow through and make sure audit certification is successfully completed and updated. 担任公司代表和对外联络的窗口，与外部审核方合作，全程跟进审核工作，确保公司能成功取得和更新所需的证书。  
• Provide Sustainability or Compliance training to staff in the Group as necessary. 视需要而向集团内部的员工提供可持续发展或合规培训
• Work with functional head in cross-functional projects and report to GM with Sustainability and Compliance point of view. 与其他部门负责人在跨领域项目合作，并以可持续发展和合规的角度向总经理报告
• Ensure timely submission of reports as per Group/Regional reporting schedules. 按集团及区域运作的时间要求，准时提供所需的报告。
• Ad hoc assignments from General Manager. 其他受总经理委派的任务

Job Requirements: 任职条件

• Tertiary education or above, preferably with professional qualification relevant discipline. 大专或以上教育程度，具相关方面的专业资格者优先。
• Minimum 8 years relevant working experience of which at least 3 years at managerial level. 最少8年相关的工作经验，其中有3年任管理岗位。
• At least 3 years renewable and/or sustainability solutions sales experience.  Passion for sustainability, and knowledgeable about CO2e impact and carbon footprint. 至少3年的再生/可持续发展方案推广销售经验。热心可持续发展事业，了解二氧化碳当量的影响和碳足迹
• Minimum 3 years of experience in printing/paper packaging industry, materials knowledge with key focus on paper preferred. 至少3年印刷/纸包装的行业经验、尤其了解纸质物料者优先。
• A broad understanding of manufacturing processes and sustainability challenges within production. 对制造过程及生产环节中可持续发展的挑战，具有广泛的认识。
• Solid experience in compliance audit, knowledgeable in ISO14000, SA8000 and FSC is a plus. 具合规性审核的实际操作经验，了解ISO14000, SA8000及FSC审核者尤佳。
• Effective time and task management and be a team player to work seamlessly with team members to meet sales goals. Diligent, detailed mind, able to meet deadlines.良好的时间和任务管理能力、团队协作能力，能够和销售团队无缝合作，达成销售目标。勤奋、注重细节、有足够的抗压能力在限期前完成任务。
• Good analytical and interpersonal skills, able to establish relationship with customers of all ranks. 良好的分析和人际交往能力，能够和各阶层的客户建立关系。
• Strong MS Excel and PowerPoint skills, excellent written and spoken English and Chinese language. 高超的MS Excel和PowerPoint技巧，优秀的中文和英文书写和口语能力。
• Some travels to overseas and conference calls at night-time are required.  Min 3 days work in DG per week. 偶尔需要出差到海外，需要与客户在晚间进行电话会议。每周至少3天在东莞工作。
