Responsibilities :

Develop business plan and drive sales activities

Generate sales by developing new clients

~

Maintain customer relationship

Requirement :

~

Minimum 2 years of sales experience

~

Liaison with architects, designers, developers and contractors to achieve sales target

~

Prefer with network of design and architecture firm

~

Excellent in negotatiating and presentation skills, able to demonstrate strong

communication and influencing skills

~

Self-motivated and result oriented.

~

Good Command in both English and Chinese
