• Reporting to Operation Manager
• Working closely with Operation Manager to meet Sales Revenue & EBIT targets

Customer Service

• Acting as primary contact person to customers
• Handling customers on Sales Enquiry
• Preparing of quotations to customers
• Assisting existing customers on their immediate requirement
• Meeting customers’ expectations with regards to complaints/claims or any other matters when necessary

Administration

• Processing of invoices to customers on a timely basis
• Working with Finance Department on account payable
• Inspecting the premises on daily basis
• Assisting in projects or assignment as & when required by Operation Manager

6 days work week (Exclude Sundays & Public Holidays)

9.00am – 6.00pm

13^th Month bonus & Variable bonus

Salary range HK$14K-$16K depending on working experiences

Must be proficient in ENGLISH, MANDARIN & CANTONESE (Both written & spoken)

客戶服務

• 作為客戶的主要聯絡人
• 解答客戶的查詢，向客人報價
• 協助和解決現有客戶的要求
• 維持良好的客戶服務，處理客人的投訴

日常行政工作

• 準時向客人發出賬單
• 協助會計部聯絡欠款的客人
• 每天檢查分店倉內情況
• 協助營運經理分派的工作項目

6天工作週 (星期日及公眾假期休息)

9.00am – 6.00pm

薪金範圍 HK$14K-$16K (由經驗而定)

花紅 (由每年公司表現而定)

必須能讀寫中英文、操流利廣東話、英文及普通話
