Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Assist overall account management and ensure assigned customers' requests are properly fulfilled
- Provide marketing information to senior management and customers
- Act as the single point of contact to partners and customers on all order-related matters
- Coordinate among departments to fulfill customer inquiries and requests
- Manage order contract terms and conditions according to the company policy
- Handle monthly billing process
Requirements:
- Degree holder or above
- 2 to 5 years' relevant account management experience gained from 3PL services provider is preferred
- Candidates with similar client management experience from non logistics field or fresh graduates will also be considered
- Good command in both English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Proficient in MS Office
- Hands-on experience in Warehouse Management System (WMS) is an advantage
- Proactive, outgoing, customer-oriented and detail-oriented
