Job Description

 

Summary Statement:

This role is responsible for leading the Certis Security Technology Business Team in Hong Kong and Macau by developing short and long-term strategic sales plans, driving and realizing total sales and margin objectives across the region. Reporting to the Managing Director, the incumbent demonstrates an extensive understanding and applicability of all areas in the physical security technology industry, client servicing, and business practices through a digital transformation approach for physical security industry.

 

Specific job duties include:

  • Overseeing the activities of the Certis Security Technology Business Team and helping to grow and develop the organization, based on an understanding of the needs of applying latest technologies towards physical security industry.
  • Managing sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, pre-sales, project delivery, revenue and expense controls.
  • Building and Implementing the Go-To-Market Strategy, through a digital transformation approach for physical security industry.
  • Meet and Exceed Sales Target.
  • Developing internal team and forming strategic partnerships.
  • Coordinating with marketing on lead generation.

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, electronic, engineering or related discipline.
  • Over 10 years’ experience on sales and business development in the technology industry.
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese.
  • Excellent interpersonal relations skills to maintain effective relationships with the customers.
  • Experience in consultative approach towards digital transformation initiative of large customers.
  • Experience in managing and directing a sales team.
  • A high degree of self-motivation and ambition.
