Job Description

A conscientious individual with strong organisation, communication and interpersonal skills is required to fill this challenging position.  The chosen candidate will be responsible for:

  • Manage and oversee the loyalty programme’s accrual operations and marketing support
  • Manage multiple loyalty partners in Hong Kong and overseas and maintain constant dialogue and relationship with programme partners
  • Proactively manage client relationship and overall account deliverables
  • Ensure projects are delivered with high quality and timeliness. Provide mentorship and coaching for subordinate.
  • Handle content upload project to coordinate with client and internal team
  • Work closely with peer level managers on ideas exchange and generation. Be part of internal leadership.
  • Conduct research and analysis, provide market/industry insight as and when required by the company

 

Requirements:

  • Degree holder, preferably in Marketing relating disciplines
  • Minimum 5 years working experience in the field of project management /content management.
  • Experience in managing partner and client relationship /operations staff
  • Experience in agency account management will be an added advantage
  • Excellent project management skills, negotiation skills and detail oriented
  • Ability to perform multi-task and meet tight deadline is a must
  • Energetic, self-motivated and persistent in achieving results
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Good in English, Cantonese and Mandarin, both written and spoken.
  • Good command of MS Office, including Excel and Powerpoint
