Our client is a Korea base Mobile - APP / Casino Game developer company are Top Urgently looking for suitable candidates for the below positions :

Customer Service Executive (Global Team) / Kwun Tong / (15K - 20K or Above)
**This Position Just Looking for Gaming Industry Candidates**

Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with internal parties for daily team operations
• Handle Oversea clients comments , feedback , complaints and follow-up procedures. (Major by E-mail)  
• Prepare clients feedback reports with high quality standard
• Assist to team Manager collect reflect clients needs
• Assist in ad-hoc assignments

Key Requirements

• High Diploma or above 
• At least 1 - 3 years Gaming Industry CS experience (Our Clients Just looking for Gaming Industry Candidates ) 
  
• Good leadership skills to coach and develop team members
• Able to demonstrate high level of customer service orientation
• Proficient in MS-Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Chinese Word-processing
• Excellent command of spoken & written English & Chinese 
• Immediately Available is highly preferred 
• Candidates have 5 yrs+ relevant with 1-2 yrs supervisory experience , Degree Level will be consider Senior or Assistant Manager Level  (Salary Nego but Our Clients Just looking for Gaming Industry Candidates Too )
