Job Description
Job Responsibilities
-
Handle mortgage/loan referral applications and enquiries;
- Facilitate coordination with banking partners, customers and property agents for business acquisition opportunities;
- Advise customers of the most suitable mortgage plans as per their needs;
- Participate in tactical promotion activities
Job Requirements
-
F.7 or above with 1 year or above working experience;
- Sales / Customer Service experience in mortgage/ loan service is preferable;
- Self-motivated, independent and service centric;
- Good interpersonal & communications skills;
- Proficiency in Chinese, English and Putonghua;
- Familiar with MS Office applications;
- Candidates with less experience will be considered as Mortgage Referral Assistant
