Our client, a French based consumer brand leading in its sector, is looking for a Regional Sales Manager to facilitate their growth in Asia Pacific.

Main duties

• Formulate strategic plans to achieve business goals across Asia Pacific region
• Act as brand ambassador to drive and monitor the brand and product presence in the marketplace; and ensure coherence with corporate requirements.
• Liaise with internal parties and distributors to provide necessary support to the regional sales & marketing activities.
• Work closely with distributors to compile regular reporting, to monitor performance and provide in-depth evaluation.
• Supervise regional distributor’s local sales and marketing strategies to ensure global synergy and corporate guidelines are met.
• Responsible for the negotiation and upkeep of distributorship agreements.
• Identify and evaluate potential sales leads. 
• Act as a product expert and develop training tools to deliver training to regional sales teams and address product enquiries.
• Report on regional sales trends, market research and analysis.

Requirements

• Bachelor degree in Business Administration / Marketing or related disciplines
• 8 years of Account Management experience preferably gained from Consumer Goods industry
• Regional exposure in consumer market across Asia Pacific is highly desirable
• Experience in baby products will be an advantage
• Proactive, result-oriented and able to work under pressure
• Strong interpersonal, presentation & negotiation skills
• Proficient in both English & Chinese
• Familiar with MS Office (i.e. MS WORD, Excel, etc.)
• Occasional travel is required
