We are looking for a Junior Customer Service Officer to  provide support to logistic team.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide after-sales service;
• Coordinate with Logistics department to optimize delivery schedule;
• Arrange delivery and assembly services for customers and stores;
• Liaise with vendor on goods return, damaged and claims;
• Handle customer complaints;
• Manage sales administration, including data entry.

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above;
• At least 2-3 years of customer service experience;
• Knowledge in handling furniture considered as advantage;
• Good command in written and spoken English and Chinese;
• Passionate in retail industry and ambitious to grow with the company;
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and strong sense of responsibility;
• Be comfortable to learn our products and modular capabilities;
• Multi-tasking, good team player, detail-minded, well-organized, self-motivated & able to work independently;
• Immediately availability preferred.
