The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising the operation team to carry out day-to-day property operations and provide high quality customer services to our tenants and visitors.

Requirements:

• Degree holder or above in Property / Facilities Management or other related disciplines
• Membership of professional property management qualification (e.g. MCIH, MHKIH) will be an advantage
• At least 3 years’ relevant experience in managing prestigious shopping malls and / or Grade A commercial buildings
• Knowledge of ISO standards will be an advantage
• Mature, proactive, analytical and able to work independently
• Good supervisory, organizing and communication skills
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
• Candidates with more experience and qualifications will be considered as Senior Estate Officer
