Job Responsibility

• Responsible for recruitment, supervision and management of flight attendants;
• Maintain and implement the cabin safety and services manual and guidelines in compliance with the relevant flight safety standards;
• Responsible for training of all flight attendants;
• Participate in new aircraft set-up activities;
• Responsible for emergency equipment familiarization and standardization;
• Serves as department representative for all internal and external company audits;
• Occasional flying duties and line checks.

 
Job Requirement

• 5 years lead cabin crew;  experience in business aviation, regulatory requirements and training preferred;
• Excellent command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin;
• Mature and results-oriented with outstanding organizational and communication skills;
• Strong sense of responsibility and flexibility, willing to work out of business hours and under pressure;
• Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion;
• Proficiency in MS Office applications and Chinese word processing.
