Key Responsibilities:  

The selected candidate will be part of the Disease Biology team and contribute to the progression of HiFiBiO pipeline of immunomodulatory therapeutic antibodies. The position responsibilities include: 

•  Designing and performing translational studies using cell lines or primary human cells

•  Performing assay development and assay validation when needed

•  Working both independently and with the team to analyze data generated from experiments, drawing appropriate conclusions and deciding upon next steps 

•  Collaborating effectively with other functional groups both intra and inter sites  

•  Collaborating with local universities and research centers

•  Contributing to patent filings and publications and present research finding to various audiences including senior management. 

Requirements: 

•  PhD in Immunology, Oncology, Biology or related fields with 2+ years of post-graduate experience-preferably in industrial setting or Master in related fields with 5+ years of industrial experience

•  Working-experience in drug discovery or translational studies or biomarker discovery preferred

•  Strong understanding in immunology, oncology and immunological assays are pluses

•  Strong experience with cell biology techniques is essential; working experience with immunology assays and flow cytometry 

•  Drive to work on a fast-paced and highly collaborative team 

•  Demonstrated excellence in standard laboratory technical skills and solid scientific track record

•  Strong communication skills are required

•  Must be self-driven, and motivated 

•  Responsibilities commensurate with experience level
