Key Responsibilities:  

• To work in a team setting to contribute to projects using our proprietary microfluidic single cell platform;
• Responsible for the production reagents used on the microfluidic single-cell platform;
• Execute manufacturing protocols accurately and with limited supervision;
• Proactively identify opportunities for improvement and drive efficiency results;
• Use highly specialized equipment and instrumentation in daily manufacturing;
• Establish and validate QCs to control the quality for each batch;
• Work both independently and with the team to find innovative ways to improve production, reducing cost, and find solutions to new tasks;
• Perform assay development and assay validation when needed;
• Effectively collaborate with other functional groups both intra and inter sites; 
• Contribute to patent filings and publications and present research finding to various audiences including senior management. 

 Requirements: 

• Master in in molecular biology, bioengineer or bachelor in related field with 2+ years of industry experience;
• Biopharmaceutical industry working-experience preferred; reagent production hands-on experiences preferred;
• Experience with molecular biology techniques such as ligation and PCR is essential;
• High throughput (automation) experience is a plus;
• Drive to work on a fast-paced and highly collaborative team;
• Demonstrated excellence in standard laboratory technical skills;
• Must be self-driven and motivated;
• Responsibilities commensurate with experience level.
