Key Responsibilities:  

• To work in a team setting to contribute to projects using our proprietary microfluidic single cell platform;
• Responsible for the design and execution of all cell biology tasks, including cell line or primary cell isolation, preparation, functional testing;
• Work both independently and with the team to analyze data generated from experiments, draw appropriate conclusions and decide upon next steps;
• Perform cellular assay development and assay validation when needed;
• Effectively collaborate with other functional groups both intra and inter sites;  
• Contribute to patent filings and publications and present research finding to various audiences including senior management.  

Requirements: 

• PhD in immunology, biology or related field; or Master in relevant field with 2+ years of industry experience or bachelor in relevant field with 5+ years of industry experience; 
• Biopharmaceutical industry working-experience in drug discovery preferred; experience in immunology or immune-Oncology preferred;
• Strong cell biology expertise with experience in cell culture, flow cytometry, fluorescence-based microscopy and developing and implementing cell-based assays; high throughput (automation) experience is a plus;
• Drive to work on a fast-paced and highly collaborative team;
• Demonstrated excellence in standard laboratory technical skills;
• Must be self-driven and motivated;
• The candidate should strive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy working with cutting edge technologies and adapt quickly to meet aggressive deadlines'
• Excellent oral and written communications skills required;
• Responsibilities commensurate with experience level.
