Requirements

• Degree/Higher Diploma in Hospitality related disciplines
• 2-3 years working experience in front desk or guest relations
• Experience in hospitality background is highly preferred
• Fresh graduates in related disciplines will also be considered
• Service-oriented, cheerful, team player with pleasant personality
• Good communication of both English and Mandarin
• Immediate available is a definite advantage

Responsibilities

• Provide guest services support and handle incoming enquiries & requests
• Perform check-in & check-out procedures for arrival and departure guests
• Follow up guests’ complaints with external parties and internal departments
• Responsible for premium services reservation and facilities booking arrangement
