Job Responsibilities:

• Liaise with China foundries and overseas representatives/customers to follow up production status and updated delivery schedule
• Coordinate with China office and shipping forwarders to arrange shipment schedule/delivery
• Monitor shipment movements from ex-work till customer’s site
• Work closely with shipping company to negotiate for the best quotation and offer
• Monitor transportation/clearance procedures in both China & Overseas Countries
• Handle full set of I/E & banking documents independently
• Prepare quote, shipment plan and consolidated report (forecast and actual) for delivery schedule, freight rates comparison and relative shipping summary/reports on regular basis and at a timely manner
• Communicate and work closely with Operation Team in HK and Logistic Team in China on daily basis
• Participate departmental weekly meeting with team members in both HK & China Offices to share among the latest information & delivery status
• May require to visit China Office in Jiangsu Province twice a year

 Job Requirements:

• Diploma in Logistics/Shipping/Transport or related discipline  
• Handle full set of I/E and banking document (L/C, D/P & D/A) independently
• 6-8 years of solid experience in arranging heavy lift cargo shipments to USA, Europe & Middle East markets would be an advantage
• Good knowledge of TAX/VAT and DAT/DAP/DDP terms
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (fluent Mandarin is a must)
• Independent, flexible and pro-active in character
• A good team player with strong communication and problem solving skill
• Good computer skills in Excel (especially in pivot table and vlookup functions), MS Word and Chinese word processing
