Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Clerical support for logistics and warehouse team
Handle Inbound/Outbound shipping documents and customs declaration
Willing to learn the I/E procedure and regulations
Communicate with HK and USA internal customers
Perform any ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the supervisor

REQUIREMENT:

Post-secondary education (English & Chinese passed in HKCEE / HKDSE or equivalent)
1 year of relevant experience is preferred
Good command of both verbal and written business English as well as fluency in Mandarin is essential
Flexible, teamwork oriented and able to communicate with people at all levels
Immediate available is preferred
