Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

Formulate long/short term rolling inventory plan to identifies risks and opportunities
Partner with commercial team to align inventory target and actions to achieve
Responsible for inventory management and tracking. Including Corporate reporting and in-brand scenario planning
Partner with Demand Planning and Supply Planning Team for overall demand supply match: identify business needs and right product flow (pull in/push out) and order coverage.
Provide analytical support highlighting Inventory efficiency, with seasonal and channel flow study to maximize sales opportunities
Drive analytics, including ad-hoc studies to support overall supply chain process improvement
Liaise with retail functions to manage in- season OTB process and seasonal buy parameters
Excess & Obsolete management & reporting: Provide reporting and drive actions in the business according to brand targets
Represents and Support the needs of fulfillment teams in shipping capacity and execution of the month
Facilitate monthly S&OP process that incorporates input from various departments; ensure updated information is available and correctly reflected and maintained in system and reporting tools.
Partnering with rest of the supply chain to roll out product launch calendar that associated with supply chain activities
Participate in project to improve operations efficiency

Job Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of practical experience in planning and analysis, preferably with retail/merchandise planning experience in multi-national company and apparel or FMCG industry
Solid work experience in retail business and S&OP is highly preferred
Strong business acumen with outstanding analytical as well as problem solving skills.
Well-organized, logical & mature thinking, attention to details, dedicated, energetic and being a self-starter
Computer literate with excellent knowledge and hands-on experience in Excel, PowerPoint and other MS Office applications. Practical experience in SAP /APO, forecasting model and Alteryx is definitely an advantage
Fluent in spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
