Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Formulate long/short term rolling inventory plan to identifies risks and opportunities
  • Partner with commercial team to align inventory target and actions to achieve
  • Responsible for inventory management and tracking. Including Corporate reporting and in-brand scenario planning
  • Partner with Demand Planning and Supply Planning Team for overall demand supply match: identify business needs and right product flow (pull in/push out) and order coverage.
  • Provide analytical support highlighting Inventory efficiency, with seasonal and channel flow study to maximize sales opportunities
  • Drive analytics, including ad-hoc studies to support overall supply chain process improvement
  • Liaise with retail functions to manage in- season OTB process and seasonal buy parameters
  • Excess & Obsolete management & reporting: Provide reporting and drive actions in the business according to brand targets
  • Represents and Support the needs of fulfillment teams in shipping capacity and execution of the month
  • Facilitate monthly S&OP process that incorporates input from various departments; ensure updated information is available and correctly reflected and maintained in system and reporting tools.
  • Partnering with rest of the supply chain to roll out product launch calendar that associated with supply chain activities
  • Participate in project to improve operations efficiency

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of practical experience in planning and analysis, preferably with retail/merchandise planning experience in multi-national company and apparel or FMCG industry
  • Solid work experience in retail business and S&OP is highly preferred
  • Strong business acumen with outstanding analytical as well as problem solving skills.
  • Well-organized, logical & mature thinking, attention to details, dedicated, energetic and being a self-starter
  • Computer literate with excellent knowledge and hands-on experience in Excel, PowerPoint and other MS Office applications. Practical experience in SAP /APO, forecasting model and Alteryx is definitely an advantage
  • Fluent in spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
