Job Description
Responsibilities
- Update the Assortment and planning
- Collect the refresh forecasts monthly and alerts upon missing countries/Vendor/Item and about big deviations
- Process and monitor the shipment orders received from the BUs and send back the Shipment Report with performance comments
- Ensure the right Production Quantity will be delivered on-time according to the planning
- Coordinate operations smoothly with countries planner, the suppliers, the commercial teams and QC teams
- Control, analyze and review the replenishment performance with suppliers, commercial teams
Requirements
- Bachelor degree or above with major in Supply Chain Management or data analysis
- Minimum 2 years experience in replenishment or production planning or forecasting
- Strong analytical in data processing with Microsoft Excel
- Good communication skills & team spirit
- Fluent in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese
