What you will be doing:

• Assist in designing and executing the community guidelines to build a fair and high-quality driver community

• Prepare and conduct training and coaching for drivers to communicate key community guidelines and special campaign details

• Assist in designing and implementing reward programs for high-quality drivers to improve overall service quality level

• Listen attentively to the voice of driver community and continuously provide better support to drivers and improve the driver engagement and experience

What we seek:

• University degree holder in business or related disciplines 

• At least 1 - 2 years in sales and marketing or an operational role with front-facing experience

• Positive, passionate, proactive, self-initiative, action-oriented, and attentive to details

• Strong communication skills with proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese
